Aeyvn ships to customers both domestically and internationally. We strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 7-14 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days (where available).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

  • International orders typically arrive within 14-30 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Orders fulfilled by overseas suppliers may take longer — please allow up to 45 business days during peak seasons or periods of high carrier demand.

  • Shipping times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and other factors outside our control.

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Supplier Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

Aeyvn operates as a dropshipping store, meaning your order is fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party supplier(s). Depending on the product and supplier, your order may ship from a location outside of the United States. This can affect delivery timelines and may result in your package passing through international customs.

If your order is shipped from overseas, please be aware that delivery times stated above are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, and weather events. We will always provide you with tracking information so you can monitor your order's progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Aeyvn is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48-72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. For orders fulfilled by overseas suppliers, tracking updates may be less frequent while the package is in transit internationally.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@aeyvn.com. We will work with the carrier and our supplier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us about a delayed shipment.
